Rules of 'Rotational Sudoku'

Place numbers 1 to 9 in the grid such that no number is repeated in any row or column. Divide the grid into regions such that each region contains only one circle and the circle should represent the point of symmetry. All circles are given. Symmetrical pairs of cells of all regions should contain consecutive digits. No digit can be repeated in a region.
